The Challenge

Loss circulation occurs when fluid/mud flows into the formation fissures, fractures or caverns and fills these spaces instead of returning up the annulus. Depending on the situation, circulation loss can cause problems ranging from losing money on drilling fluid, all the way to a complete well blowout, so it is vital to monitor and resolve circulation issues before they escalate. Another consequence of loss circulation is dry drilling, where fluid is completely lost from the wellbore. The effects of dry drilling range from as minor as destroying a bit, to as serious as major damage to the wellbore.

SB SuperCeal

SB SuperCeal is a unique blend of lost circulation materials, modified resin along with proprietary agents that can be used in all mud systems for sealing permeable formations.

SB SuperCeal is specifically designed for use in
oil or synthetic based mud systems due to its minimal effects on rheology, electrical stability (ES) and Low Gravity Solids (LGS).

SB SuperCeal is often used to enhance wellbore
stability, reduce fluid loss, prevent loss circulation, minimize
differential pressures and prevent any wall sticking which may occur when drilling depleted zones.

SB SuperCeal is a single sack additive which
provides a micron range from 0- 600 microns which was found to be the optimal range for bridging and sealing most permeable formations without the additions of any other materials.

PRO TightCeal - M

PRO TightCeal is a blend of three fibers of various particle sizes and shapes designed to control seepage and lost circulation.

PRO TightCeal is available in fine, medium and coarse grades to effectively prevent circulation loss.

PRO V+

PRO V+ is an Acid Soluble “Hybrid” LCM/Squeeze product
which can be used as an Aggressive LCM, Squeeze Product or Pre-Cement Spacer product. It is specially blended with loss circulation
materials such as fibers, cellophane, resins and shells for ultimate
performance and sealing capabilities. PRO V+ can be used in a wide range of applications, temperatures and densities.

PRO V+ is a single sack loss circulation material that can be used for any application, especially for large voids and vugular cavities, fractures and unconsolidated formations.

PRO TightCeal - M

PRO HG

PRO HG is a high solids, high fluid loss proprietary blend squeeze product designed to plug loss circulation zones with large fractures. PRO HG is easily mixed with conventional rig equipment.

PRO HG will not contaminate existing mud and is neither time nor temperature sensitive.

PRO HG is designed to be used in water and oil based drilling fluids.

PRO HG can be used for both water and oil-based drilling fluids.

PRO HG produces a very thick, tough cake which resists washing away once drilling resumes.

PRO HG contains an expandable polymer that continues to swell after placement in the loss circulation zone to fill all voids. Normal quantities required for fresh water pills are 50-80 ppb.

PRO X

PRO X is an acid soluble, “Extreme Hybrid, LCM/squeeze product, which can be used as an extremely aggressive LCM Squeeze Product or Pre-Cement spacer product. It is identical to PRO V+ with larger particles (PSD) specifically blended with propriety materials for ultimate performance. It can be used in a wide range of applications temperatures in densities.

PRO X‘s appearance is is blended granular and flaked material.

PRO X Odor is mild.

PRO X specific gravity is 1.9.

PRO X is packaged in 50lb. sx/80 sxs. per pallet.

PRO Sweep Aid

PRO Sweep Aid™ is a blend of three high quality products designed specifically as an addition to your current sweep program.
It consist of various particle sizes and shapes designed to increase your cuttings carrying capacity regardless of fluid type.
It will stop moderate seepage and aid in cleaning your well bore and is not effected by saltwater influx.
It is the base products of our “Aggressive LCM Sweeps / Pills” and works excellent for severe losses with simple additions of PRO V+ and SB Superceal.
PRO Sweep Aid will also lower your fluid loss / HPHT in your current sweeps.
Can be used in a wide range of applications, temperatures and densities.
Tested and compatible with all water-based, oil-based and synthetic-based fluids. water pills are 50-80 ppb.
